Fall is the season of fun, food, and festivals! The cool air and beautiful turn of the leaves are symbolic of the weather changes. It is finally the time of year to bundle up in layers and order hot drinks from your barista.
The color palettes of fall are my favorite. From sweaters to boots, my closet fills up with red and brown hues. They look lovely on and complement the scenery… aka photo ops around every corner (a style bloggers dream).
Sweater: Style & Co | Undershirt: T.J.Maxx (Roses) | Thigh Highs: Rue21 | Lipstick: Milani | Bracelets: Alex and Ani | Purse: Madison West Bags | Shoes: Olivia Miller Caprini Boot
The sweater and undershirt layer combination is super comfortable. This sweater is just heavy enough to keep you warm, but not leave you itching to take it off (and, no, it’s not itchy either!). It matches the socks, lipstick, and purse. When styling your outfits, aim to match your accessories to the piece of clothing you are showcasing. Add a ruffly undershirt for a fun, feminine feel.
These boots were made for walking and that’s just what they’ll do – all around campus. I have worn these three times since I got them this month and get compliments on them all of the time! They are surprisingly comfortable and have eye-catching gold features. The gold belt hooks and buttons match the gold detail on the handle of my purse that I got from Madison West Bags. It has a nice, intricate design perfect for styling more simple outfits. The quality is also ‘top-shelf’ if I do say so myself.
I went with a smoothed out wave and braid pull-back in my hair today. It is a new look for me that definitely changed up routine. I love it! If you don’t have a crimping iron I highly suggest investing in one. This is a chocolate berry autumn makeup look made with Tarte Cosmetics eyeshadow, Sephora Bronzer, and Milani Chocolate Berries Lipstick.
This outfit is perfect for all of the fall activities you may have planned for this weekend. Football games, apple picking, woodsy hikes, and outdoor festivals – you will be good to go in this ensemble. There are so many things to do, so get ready to dress up ALL season long.
Sweaters and boots are a staple for the fall. There is a gorgeous selection at T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, and Forever 21 this season. They have all different colors that are bound to fit your personal style. Pair your fall outfits with layers of scarves, boots, hats, gloves, etc. depending on the temperature that day so you can stay cozy and cute!
